About Membership Services
Q: How do I know if NSA is right for me?
A: If you’re a brand building art-repreneur that’s struggling to take your artistic business to the next level, being a member of NSA WILL help you. It’s been proven time and time again that if you learn from the best and surround yourself with likeminded people, your success will soar. NSA is a place that is focused on making sure that nobody gets left behind in their art-repreneurial pursuits. We’re a family, and make sure that we ALL succeed.
Q: Will I have direct access to LewisOne?
A: LewisOne offers one-on-one coaching in some membership levels and he is totally committed himself to the NSA Community. He spends a certain amount of time in the forums on a weekly basis, answering questions and providing feedback, as well as hosting our live mastermind calls. He remains the central key player in everything that happens within the NSA Family.
Q: Can I get a refund?
A: NSA membership is billed on a monthly, or annual basis. We operate a strict no-refund policy. No refunds for partial months or annual membership, including upgrading / downgrading of membership will be given. Join the community, take action and you’ll never want to leave, let alone a refund… trust us! Memberships can be cancelled anytime and you will stay a member until the end of your membership period.
Q: How can I cancel my membership?
A: The majority of our members stick around for the long-term because, ultimately, that’s what will bring recurring results in their business growth. However, if you do want to cancel, just full out this “I’m a quitter” form and access will be turned off at the end of your current membership period.
Q: Does becoming a NSA guarantee results?
A: The action YOU take in your business will have a direct effect on how it grows and profits. Although we can’t guarantee results, one thing we can guarantee is that we will do everything we can to provide a community that gives you the know-how, support and accountability you need to succeed in your art-repreneurial endeavors. Whether you do so, or not is entirely up to you and the action you take to secure your future as a Non-Starving Artist.
About the Classes & Live Events
Q: Is The Semester for all types of creatives?
A: Yes. The fundamental eight realms apply to all creative enterprises. I have over a decade of experience teaching hundreds of artists across the globe, including Abstract Painters, Eco-Artists, Fabric Designers, Jewelry Designers, Illustrators, Live Event Painters, Mixed Media Artists, Musicians, Photographers, Portrait Painters, Writers
Q: I’m not sure if I can focus on one more thing.
A: Gaining focus is the whole point of your success. So if you are struggling with focus, you should apply to enroll with us so we can help guide you.
Q: I don’t want to spend the money right now.
A: How much money are you “spending” on art supplies each year? What if you “invested” some of that money and learned how to sell your art?
What if you sold one more piece of art? Gained one big commission? What might that look like for you?
If you keeping doing the same things, you’re going keep getting the same results.
Q: Don’t I need of body of work before I apply?
A: Although you should have some experience selling your art, you don’t need to create a “body of work” before you apply.
Knowing your unique value proposition and target market inspires artists to create with focused confidence.
Would you develop a product line and then go to business school? 😉
Q: How much direct access will I have to LewisOne?
A: As a member of The Society of Non Starving Artists you will part of a private FaceBook and membership area community, where LewisOne will answer every question posted.

The Semester is designed for so that you can move through each lesson at your own pace and on your schedule.
Q: When does The Semester end?
A: The Semester doesn’t end. As long as The Semester is still in business you will have access to it and to the private Face Book community.
I’ve been in business for over a decade so I’m not planning on going anywhere.
Q: Is The Semester like Creative Live?
A: My Creative Live courses are a great value and they provide an excellent study primer for The Semester but they are very different. How?
- Creative Live is limited to a one-way learning format, you’re on your own.
- The Semester is a two-way learning format. So you can collaborate with a community of Study Partners live by meeting via Skype or Google Hangouts.
- During The Semester you will be encouraged to take action on selling your art.
- The Semester contains new content on an on-going basis.
- The Semester offers a much deeper dive into lessons.
- Creative Live is designed to be viewed on video monitor. The Semester provides you with convenient audio lectures and group calls so that you can listen and learn on the go as you walk your dog or clean your kitchen.
- Creative Live does not provide a mechanism for you to test your comprehension. Before you graduate from The Semester you must gain a Knowledge Check Certification.
Q: Are there scholarships?
A: The tuition is already a tremendous value, and it includes lifetime membership, so individual scholarships are not offered.
I do partner with select non-profit organizations who share a similar mission of helping artists make art and make money.
Q: Do you have a payment plan?
A: You can choose a discounted single payment or three monthly payments for events. With the online membership it is like a payment plan already.
Q: How much does The Semester cost?
A: The tuition price is subject to change but it is very fairly priced.
Apply now and you will receive current pricing when enrollment reopens.
Please note. Applying to the Semester does not obligate you to enroll, it just saves your place in line.
Q: What is the difference between the Live Event and the Virtual One?
A: The Live Event usually last about 3 intense days. The virtual class is self paced and you can take the time you need to participate. Most of the Live Events are recorded and students are given the virtual version as well to take home and review.
Q: What if I want to first talk to LewisOne?
A:
